Home Sleep Test

A home sleep test or home sleep study is a non-invasive overnight test that records sleep data that is used to diagnose a sleeping disorder. After scheduling an appointment with our office you will receive an email with the next steps as well as link to a video. It is best that you watch this video at least once before you come in for your appointment. When you come in for your 15 min appointment to pick up the HST kit, our technician will explain in detail how to perform the test. You will then take the kit home and perform the study that night and return the kit the next morning.

The Home Sleep Test Kit includes: 

  • HST Device 
  • Belt
  • sensors 
  • Booklet
  • tape 
  • Alcohol wipes

All the materials should be placed back in the case and returned to our center the next morning after your study. It is crucial that you return this kit on time so our staff is able to prep it for the next patient. Your cooperation is much appreciated.
